Vic Ortega's Accident
Thankfully it was not on the track, it was on I-10 on his way home at a much safer speed. He got hit by a crosswind and the trailor was all over the road and couldn't be saved. Vic slid off the right hand lane and slid across the highway onto the median facing away from the direction he was traveling where he hit a mesquite bush and rolled. Vic and his friend were alright and uninjured and the truck and trailor were a total loss, however the car might not be so bad.
         I hope you're both feeling better today.

Oh man! Hope they are doing okay. As long as no one got hurt. Car, truck, and trailer can be replaced.

Very lucky for them. It's a shame it happened. I heard on Saturday that Donnie Powell also was in an accident and lost the trailer he was pulling. Trailer went out into the sticks and crashed with the dragster going through the front of the trailer. It wasnt his trailer or dragster. They said he was OK too. Like you say the equipment can be replaced.
