Rolfe Sassenfeld wins Pro over Liz Montoya. Liz cut a .504 light in the final but it wasn't enough as Rolfe got by her and took the win.

It was an all Dodge Final! Nathan Jeffers took out a redlighting Danny Dean in the finals of Modified.

Nathan Jeffers was leading the Mod points going into this race so picking up a first here may have him out of reach for Trini Ortiz, Trevor Ward and the rest of the class to catch.

Danny Dean was out racing at Dezert Demonz Friday and Arroyo Seco on Sunday.

In the street class Clark Scott almost made it two in a row but lost in the finals to a red Duster.

Billy Graham's Hot Rod Connection paid out another 100 bucks each for the winners of Pro and Mod. Both of these guys also had the Richards Automotive decals for another 100 bucks! An easy $200 bucks on top of the Arroyo Seco purse.

Unfortunatley I didn't get to race, so I rode out to the races with Tony Ortega, of El Paso in his bad '67 390 GT Mustang. Tony ran a 13.3 but lost first round because he rolled out of the beams (5 speed car).

Manny Robles, of Chaparral, had his 440 Dart out but is still working the bugs out of it. Unfortunately Manny had some problems with his line lock second round.

Joe Alvarado, of El Paso, debuted his beautiful new Don Davis Dragster running in the 8.70's!
